Georgia District Attorney, David McDade the Child Porn King

Now we all know it’s illegal to possess child pornography, further we know it’s really illegal to distribute child pornography. This is not some hidden law in some obscure region of the country, but rather a well known no-no! So why was Georgia prosecutor David McDade handing out copies of child porn to members of the public, press, and anyone who solicited such a request.

Well McDade claims that he must do so under Georgia law. He is citing a freedom of information FOI act. Really? Why yes that’s his claim, but truth be told he was distributing the tapes in hopes of politically gaining the upper hand on Genarlow Wilson. Genarlow Wilson is the 17 year old H.S. boy, honor student and athlete, who was imprisoned for receiving oral sex. Apparently a high school kid getting a hummer in Georgia is against the law.

While this law may seem ridiculous it’s not quite as bad as a prosecutor who distributed child porn for political gain. The odd thing is in spite of McDade’s claim that he must release the tapes by law, when the national press caught on and requested tapes, McDade found his senses.

David McDade is a sick individual who has preyed on the weakest amongst us, he is unfit to be a prosecutor, and unfit to be free. This man should be charged with the distribution of pornography and the people who received the tape should be charged with possession of child pornography.

Child pornography is not a joke, it’s not a light matter, and it cannot be tolerated at ALL!!! Just imagine if the pedophiles can file FOI acts and receive all kinds of free paraphernalia to continue their habits. I can’t even think about it. Here at LLNB we will continue to monitor Mr. McDades child pornography case until he and his co-conspirators are brought to justice.

Why Do Kids Kill?

With the recent murder of Eve Carson many Americans are asking themselves why do kids kill? This is a question some Americans are forced to ponder a lot more than others, but it does do good when we all come together to figure out such problems. Here’s my shot at it!

Perhaps they are influenced by many things, perhaps this was a snowball effect. Perhaps this is related to the sub-prime mortgages, which really have nothing to do with mortgages, but sub prime character.

Perhaps they see Rap videos on BET, the black entertainment television network owned by Viacom corporation, that promote this kind of behavior. Maybe they were taught the me-first attitude of the average American just a little too well.

Perhaps they wanted to drive this girls big fancy car, because America has put so much emphasis on driving big fancy cars. Might the breakdown in their character be a result of the breakdown in our character.

Perhaps they see lying baseball players, talking to lying congressmen! Perhaps they see businesses that have to re-state their earnings every two years, because some big shot decided to go for self and buck the system with one big lie.

Perhaps they thought murder was ok, because everything they own is made by a murderous government in China, and rubber stamped by the American people, government, and corporations!

I don’t know why our kids kill but they do, and I feel sorry for all of these people and their families. A lot of lives were ruined for this senseless nonsense.
